The Winter and Spring terms in the Regular Program at the American School are now officially over. It was a busy winter and spring. We saw all of Athens, Attica, and Crete. Above, I am pictured in the peristyle of the House of Cleopatra in Delos, which is an amazing site/island!
Now, it is dissertation work time. Today I was able to get into the Dexameni, which is the modern construction on Hadrian’s reservoir on Lykabettos hill. More visits in the coming weeks to other Roman water-displays around Athens. After Easter, there will also be a research trip to south Italy. So much to do and see before heading to Corinth in May to excavate!
