We are officially a month into the new fall semester, and it has been exciting, to say the least.

I was reading Plutarch’s Solon this evening, and I thought the following snippet from Solon’s poetry was appropriate for the start of the academic year:

“I never stop learning–and learning a lot–as I grow old.” [31]
